Yet again, another possible Class G grab.

Just got word that Leeds Bradford are in early stages of proposal for another Class G grab. Attached is a map of the proposed revised airspace.

It's not that clear on my monitor; are they closing the Harrogate and Crosland moor gap?

Oh yes it is

It significantly lowers the base of the controlled airspace to the north of the zone in an area of high terrain, significantly reducing the possibility of a safe passage without clearance within this area. It probably makes a transit West to East, by a glider, impossible by this route.
