What was that aircraft?

Did anybody recognise the fuselage Ed Millipede was obstructing the view of during his visit to the West Country? Briefly pictured on BBC News.

He was no doubt looking at it as the target for a 50% VAT luxury goods tax that along with stealing my pension, and taxing my job to death will at least give me and the millions he taxes out of work a secure dole payment ( but a lower dole payment than in Scotland thanks to that woman named after a fish).
