EASA CPL to FAA PPL Licence Verification
Hi,
I'm currently filling the UK CAA's SRG1160 form in an attempt to get my UK issued CPL validated into an FAA PPL so I can do some flying in the States.
There is one part of the form I am not sure about in regard to the section "What documents to submit (in addition to this form)"...
It says...
I presume that this is in regard to my class rating? I gave all the paperwork from my examiner when I renewed the class rating to the CAA so I only have my licence at the moment.
Has anyone else successfully managed to validate their licence and can help me with what this is?
Thanks in advance.

Certified copy of the Certificate of Revalidation from any
existing UK issued Flight Crew Licence.
See guidance note.

Take a scan of the rating page in your licence Section XII and then get the Head of Training at an ATO or Responsible Person who has a Registered Facility to sign the certification using the CAA's magic words.
