FAA Validation letter or lack off!

Please could some kind person advise me with regards to the validation letter or lack off ! I shall be coming over to Florida in January and hopefully my validation letter (2nd letter,last one expired) will arrive before I travel,my question is,would it be possible for me to fly on my EASA PPL with a safety pilot if my Validation letter dosn't arrive before my arrival in the US of A,Thanks,

No, sorry.

You can fly dual with an instructor, or as a passenger, but not as PIC, unless you have at least a Temporary Airman's Certificate Issued, and BFR completed.

and get a copy of the FAR/AIM and read the regs for your BFR... then you will know the answer!
