Had the honour of meeting a true giant of aviation tonight, Mr Bob Hoover at the screening of a film on his life story. Its well worth a watch, best aviation related docu/film bio I've seen.

a true giant of aviation tonight
One of the highlights of over 40 odd years of attending air displays was Bob in the Shrike at Reno - he must have been approaching 80 at the time.
"Forever Flying", his biography, is a great read.
