Flight planning question

When you are plotting the direction of the wind onto the map, say for instance 205/20, is that the direction the wind is coming from or the direction the wind is blowing towards. Ie should the wind component hate the 3 arrows pointing NE or SW?
Apologies it's been a while since I have done this...

W/V is the direction & speed it is coming from in degs true.

So e.g. Wv 220/20 the arrow would be pointing NE roughly?
