Lux to France FPL/reporting requirements

Hello all,

Can anyone tell me the rules for general aviation flights within Schengen - in particular from Luxembourg to France? Are flight plans or customs declarations required? Do flights have to pass through customs airfields? Or can one simply fly from one field to another with no paperwork or reporting?

Thanks

Sean

flight plan required with EET to FIR boundary
Is this requirement general? ISTR it applies to IFR flight plans only.
