Hi all,

Had someone telling me that Skylark's Chippie has been a victim of last week's storm.

Their web page is down too.

Anyone know what's up?

Yes, it fell victim to the high winds and ended up on it's back. Total write off but it may be repaired although Skylark are unlikely to continue.

I heard a similar rumour, shame to hear the confirmation - my first ever "Trial Flight" was with Skylark in their Chipmunk many years ago. Although it took me a while to get back into the air I guess people never forget their first flight.

Funnily enough I saw G-AORW on Apron Echo undergoing maintenance just the week before - I'd thought then it'd be fun to get a couple more hours in it
