Looking to build multi time - global recommendations?

Faced with the difficulty of finding a multi-engined aircraft near my home in Edinburgh on which I can build some multi-time, I have decided that it might be better if I widened my search to further afield...
So, I'm looking for a multi on which i can build about 30 hours. The idea would be to take it away for a 2 week cross-country. Accordingly, I'm looking for a recommendation for a decent (safe and reliable) multi-engined aircraft, properly maintained by reputable people, in a country with some exploring to be done. Of course, trying to avoid breaking the bank in the process.
If anyone has any suggestions/recommendations - private, club, or school - they would be much appreciated...
