Strubby fly in
THis weekend sat and Sun 10am-5pm
Barbeque etc.
700M hard runway
Proceeds to Lincs air ambulance and Strubby church.

Gloomy day on the east coast though those that made it had a good time.
Proceedings livened up by a couple of idiots beating up the airfield in a Spitfire and a Hurricane, don't know what things are comming too!!!!!
Apparently they have threatened to do it again tomorow and they are bringing a big mate with them.
Red Arrows also appeared but they made so much white smoke nobody could see them!!!!!

The joys of organising anything in the UK in summer.
Lovely day but so windy only real pilots turned up!!!!
Over 150 people on the ground to watch the B of B flight Hurricane and a great display from the Lancaster.
Lincs air ambulance MD 902 made it for long enough to grab a burger and a drink before getting a shout that took them away.
Not many fly-ins where you get that thrown in for free.
Better luck next year.
