There is a list of Aviation Medical Examiners (AME) on the CAA website.
Just call them and book an appointment. They'll sort out the comm's with the CAA.
I can recommend a good one in the midlands/south.you can contact him via the following site:
Meddutch Ltd. Aviation and specialist medical services.

What class medical do I need?
Hey guys, I am very new to all this and I finally pulled a courage to admit to my parents that this is what I want to do. I want to fly. I just don't know what medical I should go for first. I haven't got a PPL. I am starting from scratch.
Many thanks for any help.

It depends what type of licence you're aiming for.
