PPL Training Elstree?

Hi, Is Elstree a good base for PPL training and has anyone trained with Fly Elstree? As ever cost will be a major factor.

you can do a search for elstree and it'll bring up loads of results.

I fly from there with flyers flying school, nice group of people.

I've not heard of Fly elstree before so can't help you with that. Go down there and check both schools out, and see which one takes your fancy.

Elstree is a good place to fly from. Try Stapleford as well if you're further east.

I completed my PPL there in 2009 and still fly from Elstree. I think it's improved a lot in the last couple of years and I'd say if you learn there you'll be pretty comfortable flying to most other places. I chose it because it was nearest where I live and that's probably a big factor that will determine how much you can fly. Perhaps take a trial lesson and see what you think - you can log the time towards your PPL.
