Vintage aeroplane share for sale?

Hi. Hope someone out there can assist. Interested in buying a share in a taildragger, preferably of an age. Budget? Well not huge. Ideally, something like a Super Cub, Cub, Vagabond, Auster, anything De Havilland, on modern lines I'd consider Maule, Jodel, Emeraude or Citabria, anything interesting, that doesn't cost an arm and a leg to fly say 40 hours a year.

Anyone know of or even have a share for sale?

Must be located in north west England or north Wales.

Thanks for the replies. I'd like to hope to get something for £2000, if I really really had to, I might be able to get to £3000.

I'm not in the group any more, but I think shares are £1,500. Don't know current monthlies or hourlies but it used to be about £80 or £90 for both (wet). Really, really cheap for a really really nice Chippy! I expect it's gone up since.

The aeroplane's hangared at Ravenair Liverpool, so if you want to contact the group secretary I'd suggest calling them.

Thanks for the lead, I will follow it up. My only concern was the cost of landings at Liverpool. Something I need to look in to.

The group has a contract for landing fees. Brings the cost down A LOT!
