Blackpool ATC Visit, Saturday 24th November
Evening all,
Four of us visited the ATC tower at Blackpool today, it was a really good day, busy enough to see how they operate but time to talk to us and also it was so relaxed, after the hassle of getting airside! I wouldn't have thought they would have been so happy with us entering their workspace but they seemed happy to share and I couldn't speak higher of any of them. They actively encourage pilots to visit and I thoroughly recommend it!
