EASA Permit to Fly

Our group’s EASA Permit to Fly expires next month, can someone please advise the process involved to renew or is it a subsequent issue? CAA website:

http://www.caa.co.uk/default.aspx?catid=1413&pagetype=90&pageid=8104

EASA regulated aircraft:

There are no subsequent issue or renewal processes for an EASA Permit to Fly. For further information, see the EASA website - Permit to Fly.

The EASA web site is IMC!

Note the groups previous administer has departed, the paper trail shows that last year prior to CAA Check Flight (CFS 2 iss2) the Flight Conditions were renewed.
