Licence/rating renewal CAP 804 confusion-BEagle where are you?

Right-following Beagle's sage advice on how to renew after 2 year layoff:

I got my Part 2 medical
Today I passed my skills test/LPC or whatever it is called.

As it is a renewal I guess it will automatically be EASA ( I will be flying the usual 152/172/PA28 stuff).

I have read CAP 804 (several times) and I am still not sure whether to fill in SRG1102 or SRG1104 (or both?) as my JAR-FCL License has been expired for 1 year.
Not wanting to 'pester' CAA, was hoping for an answer here.

Hope you can put me straight.
Thanks

You will need to complete the form SRG 1104 as you are required to renew your rating(s) on an EASA licence.

1102 is for UK National (hoorah!) licences so won't apply in your case. I would guess 1104, plus possibly 1119A for your class rating. However if you've been in touch with BEagle he'll be able to give you a more educated assessment.

Under EASA it is called a Proficiency Check for the revalidation or Renewal of a rating. If you have only laid off for 2 years the examiner should have signed your rating page and completed SRG 1119.

You will need to complete SRG 1104 to apply for a new EASA licence and the new rating details will go onto it.
