NATS AIS website
Every morning I try to get a point brief notam from the AIS website.
Again this morning it was after 11.00 local before I could collect the notams.
The message is "An unknown error occurred please try again later." This message comes up on the page, not in a window. It is not a problem with just one computer.
I have had this problem a few times usually on a Saturday morning. System overload? This mornings holdup was 2 hours.

On the NATS website, if you navigate to "NOTAM", and then "Contingency" you should find some pre-prepared "PIB" pages, (no login required), designed for exactly this eventuality.
Try the French NOTAM site much easier
