Cost of ferry pilot?

Have looked everywhere on the web but can't find what I'm looking for.

Anyone got any ideas on what the rough cost of having a light single ferried from the US?

Unless it is new and covered by the manufacturers warranty or it is a fast expensive SELP then crate it and ship it!
I do just this and have no problems

I paid around £4K to have my plane moved from
the US factory to Europe. Wings of Eagles Florida did
the job - they wanted some level of insurance to
cover Canadian air/sea rescue charges...
