Well, it seems to be working up here in the sunny Midlands.

If you mean Will it Rain Today? | Rain radar for the UK | Going to rain? | MeteoGroup, it's working normally as far as I can tell.

Thanks to all. I suspect it was the contention ratio in my local BT exchange with everyone using the internet to watch the olympics.
