I think there are only 2 left, Surrey & Kent and EFG, which are owned by the same company. Both good schools, I would suggest visiting both to see which suits.

Hi Steve

Great to hear you are getting back in the air!! We welcome anyone to come and visit either of our schools. We are open 7 days a week and have 3 C152 and 4 PA28 on site with EFG with 5 PA28 at S&K.

Both are great places (ok so I'm a little biased! ) but you should come and talk with the guys and gals and see which is for you!

It's our charity BBQ this Saturday so you may want to come then! Take care!

Oh, and 3VE, thanks for the kind words!

Thanks

Anoop

Both school's are very good and the aircraft are well maintained by Falcon Aviation, who are on the airport so any maintenance problems can be sorted very quickly. I know Roger Patterson at Surrey and Kent, he is always a pleasure to fly with due to his calm nature and dry sense of humour. Both schools have PA28 Warriors which are worth flying as they are more comfortable than the 152's and then when you have your PPL, you are already checked out on the tourer you would want to hire.
