NOTAM Question

Hi All,
I am not a current pilot, just a lapsed glider pilot but I am hoping to learn again one day and have been trying to refresh my memory on NOTAM's. by looking up the Red Arrows transits for the jubilee flypast on 5th June.

I have looked at the AIS page and I am confused. The NOTAM H2257 / 12 suggests the Reds will overfly Buckingham Pallace at 09:40, but I was under the impression that the flypast was at 15:30.

Where am i going wrong?
Thanks!
David

They have a practise in the morning to make sure they know where it is.
