Cartabossy North and South 1:500k
I used to have these in 2010 but can no longer find them. Are they no longer published? There were the best charts for VFR in France, IMHO. All of France on just 2 charts.
The other option is the 1:1M SIA one but this has less detail.
Transair sell the Cartabossy charts but theirs are much more divided up - 6 or more.

Go to the source directly and there you have it:
Carte Bossy
I ordered mine there and just two days after it was delivered at home.

The Carte Bossy is 1:1.000.000, not 1:500.000 and there are 2 versions, one for weekdays and one for weekends, when the military are resting.
Hint: If you want to avoid a close encounter with a Mirage, do not use the W/E version on a weekday.

Just had a look and you are quite right - 1:1M. Should have realised that, because SIA have two charts for France also at 1:1M. It could not be done at 1:500k.
The one I have is the one showing the mil airspace, too.
In that case there is little point in using the 1:1M SIA charts because they are useless without the accompanying booklet in which you look up the vertical extents of the mil airspace.
The Cartabossy charts seem to show airspace up to FL180 - if I am translating the text correctly. The map certainly does show airspace to and above FL140, on a quick check.

Peter, your link is to buy both versions, one for week days (jour) and another one for weekends. The difference is that in weekends version airspace that is never activated in weekends is not shown to declutter the chart.
If you wan't to get only the 'full version' and save some money, this is the correct link.
Airspace is shown up to FL185
