lease / rental agreement for leasing an a/c to a club/school ?
Does any one have a blank lease / rental agreement that they would like to share ? save me producing my own with all the " learn by your mistakes" that would come along with it ?
Failing that, any ideas ? dry / wet ? how much in advance ? insurance - who pays ? ins excess ? unscheduled maintenance - who pays ? positioning - who pays ?
