Spanish CAMO & maintenance w/shop needed?

OMG! How to explain EASA part M to a Spanish guy who wants to buy my aeroplane and fly it to Seville.
His English is not great and my Spanish is zero, so a Spanish CAMO and/or maintenance workshop is needed to explain things.

Anyone know of a GA maintenance workshop/CAMO near Seville?

Hopefully they might be able to tell the guy just what is involved in owning an EASA C of A aircraft. (Change of registration, insurance, contracting a CAMO, choosing a maintenance workshop, renewing an ARC, etc)

I might lose the sale, but better that than leaving someone with a bureaucratic nightmare.
