PPL Allowances for bi-wingal pilots

What allowances (if any) would there be for a pilot that trains first for the NPPL (powered parachutes) license, then upgrades to NPPL microlight (3 axis) and finally with those two licenses in tow, wants to do a PPL.
How many hours of training will he be reqd to have?

Thanks.

Hi
You will find your answers in lasors on the CAA web site if you are planning on doing this in the UK. Elsewhere, sorry, no idea. You would probably do better posting your question in the Private Flying forum. Cheerss, good luck!
