Aerobatic Hire / Share
Hi,
Years ago C150a / C152a's were common place in the South East and could be hired... It seems few clubs near me now have any servicable!
Anyone know any aerobat groups in Surrey / Sussex or where other aerobatic types can be hired reasonably ?
Thanks
David

Not sure where you might find one, but if you can find a share going in an RV8 I would highly recommend it - probably cheaper than the Cessna (apart from the initial share cost) and FAR more capable for aeros

White Waltham has a Pitts S-2 for hire and training. Don't rule it out on cost either. It will climb to a safe aerobatic location and height in a fraction of the time taken by a C152 so it will save a lot of time and more of your money will be spent doing aeros. Slightly better at aeros than a 152 as well.
A 30 minute aeros trip in a C152 is not the most efficient of exercises simply because it will take you so long to get to a suitable point in space. Not so in a Pitts.
