The most irritating drive

Is one that originates 3 miles from your home airfield and terminates 150 miles away, three miles from another airfield........

Is the one at the end of a long working day, taking an hour. It retraces the major part your flightpath from the last helipad drop point back to your home airfield.

Or vice versa at the beginning of the day.

Any drive after flight duty has finished that the opening line before they tell you what it is "I have checked and its legal" which is code for take down your pants and assume the position.
