Very nice looking Caravan on floats doing some flying from Cardiff Bay today.
Anybody any idea what is going on?
Lovely day for it.

Good luck to him! I looked into doing this elsewhere in the UK and all I came up against was brick wall after brick wall after....and that was even before tackling the CAA.
