That's a shame... think of the extra goodwill (and business) you would get. Most UK avionics shops stop answering emails after about the 3rd one once it is apparent that no immediate expenditure is forthcoming. This is usually after a sequence of emails in which each email reply (by the shop) is much too brief to have much meaning to any intelligent customer and gives rise to several other new questions, so the shop is doing itself no favours.

Mind you, with all new planes coming with glass cockpits which only the "approved" dealers can touch, business can only get better

Hopefully lots of people will start PM'ing me then so I can provide comprehensive answers and start to sell something this year! Mind you, with VAT going up to 20% in January, you'd think anyone who wants a decent upgrade would be out there now seeking quotes. Where are you all?
