Question PPL Assessment

All,

I'm in the process of (hopefully) qualifying for a CAA PPL, seven years after my last P1 on an FAA PPL. I've been advised to get a written assessment of my logbook from the CAA, so have therefore checked out their website to find out how best to do it. Unfortunately, there wasn't any detailed information on how to get an assessment done, just the cost. Elsewhere, there was an email address, which I have contacted, only to be told they'll get back to me at some point.

The thing is, I've got the cost, and so all I really need to know at the moment is where I need to send my logbook to, ideally avoiding the possibility of my precious logbook being swallowed up by the monster now known as Consignia <img src="wink.gif" border="0">

Would one of you kind souls be able to help me on this...?

Many thanks in advance...
