Cost of PPL Licence
hi...I am about to apply for my PPL (SEP)A and, having searched the CAA website, cannot find how much I need to pay them.
Can anyone help me please?
thanks

CAA FCL Charges
Note that your logbook and licence will be sent back by courier, so there is an additional charge for that. (Currently around £4.50 I think)
So it's easiest to pay by card, and they will phone you to confirm the total amount.

As above make sure you pay by card because this way if you have paid short they will give you a quick call to confirm additional payment. (They did for me).
Also, feel free to give the folks at PLD a call - they are very helpful and will tell you exactly what you need to know - straight from the horse's mouth, so to speak.
Congrats!
