Surely it should be "Fly in and Denby Dale Pie"
It's this weekend isn't it?

And what a nice day they had for it. Plenty of a/c there and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.....including the bunch of idiots who seemed to be continually crossing and re-crossing the runway on foot!

Thumbs up

Sorry about the bods on foot but there is a public footpath going right across the runway at midpoint.. unfortunately some of the moronic sheep called pedestrians would not listen to the controller at the gate.. I think they were ramblers...

Ah yes, I know the type:

"THIS IS A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY AND I WILL USE IT. THE AEROPLANES MUST GO AROUND ME".

Eat whirling death, creep.

Sandown used to have that problem even though the public right of way had been altered. Always entertaining having stone deaf old duffers crossing the runway comlete with labrador when on finals.
