Venue for model aircraft event
Guys,
I have a friend who's model aircraft group are thinking of making a bid to host the electric model aircraft racing world championships in 2012. He is looking for a venue which would ideally be a quiet airfield with 800m x 200m of grass for the flying and an area for admin tents buildings for admin. There would be about 300 people for 10 days with the opportunity to sell them food lodgings etc..
If you have suggestions for airfields who might like to host such an event please post away.
