Shropshire Star reported that a twin on a training flight landed in a field due to engine failure. 2 POB = instructor plus student. Instructor landed the aircraft and no injuries to anyone. A spokesperson from Woverhampton Airport was quoted as saying "just a routine forced landing".. .. .So sometimes your Mom is right! (Unless of course the Shropshire Star got their info from her) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="biggrin.gif" />

Spot on comment from Wolverhampton Airport. . .. .Their comment is a great favour to us all. The press need to have the message that GA is an extremely safe activity reinforced at every opportunity. Respects to the Pilot who turned a potential press field-day into a story that only the local rags bothered to report.
