28-Day Rule
Does anybody know if Eire has a 28-day rule like the UK? ie a piece of land can be used for any purpose for any 28 days within a calendar year.
If they don't then that's my plans for a private airfield oot t'windae.

Haven’t a clue about the regs, but you could try posting on

Alternatively, the IAA www.iaa.ie or appropriate county council may be of some help.
Where were you thinking of setting up?

Good suggestion Gash, they are a firendly bunch on the irishaviators bb.
Apparently if you own the land you can do what you like with it. Inevitably you don't want to brass off the local nimby's but there are no restrictions as such. Wouldnt it be nice if that were the case here...... (LNS wanders off into dreamland again)
