If we wait until June 1st and I pull my finger out , I could be qualified by then! Suppose I shouldn't tempt fate by saying it though...

It's in the diary either way - I fly out of Redhill New Bloke, so a share would be good qualified or not.

Can't make it I'm afraid.

SouthXross, thank you VERY much for the offer of a seat in your heli, normally I'd jump at the chance but this time we'll be on hols or coming back from them.

Have a great day.

Yup!

Popham 1st June is cool: 2 seats for anyone without a/c from darkest E Anglia.

Look forward to it

Let us know when date is set in tablets of stone

Cusco - if you are who I think you are (man with rude day job who parks his Arrow near a shiny Colt) then we could go to Popham together.

You lead and I'll be your wingman!

Stik-

You're on: just so long as you stay up sun so I'm not dazzled by all that lurid purple.

D'ya think the Colt may come: the Arrer will just about stay in the air at Colt speeds

Then again mebbe not.....

Could always do lots of orbits and confuse the radar

D'ya think the Kent fledgling would like a ride?

'corse he would!!

I might be on-hand to bring him, and Popham has been a long term ambition of mine. We'll see.

Seems like a century away........

Wow, I go away for a couple of days, come back, and everything has arrange itself!

Seems like Popham on 1st June is the popular choice. This does mean that student pilots won't be able to fly in because it's unlicensed... But we'll try to arrange you a ride, anyway!

There's plenty of time between now and then, so no need to make too many plans just yet. But nearer the time, I'll start compiling a list of people, places and spare seats, and arrange details of times to meet.

Thanks for making this one so easy for me to arrange!

Question

Anyone brave enough to take my right hand seat from Coventryand share fuel costs? Nothing exciting I'm afraid, only a C152. But quite a nice captain!

I have put it in the diary – just a short hop from Shoreham, but may have a seat to spare.

Sounds like the makings of a good bunfight.

Anyone bringing choccy cake? Should I offer a lift to the chocoprovider?

Aircraft booked, hat dusted and I'll try and get round to getting a badge by then If the fledgling needs a lift from Manston or thereabouts I don't mind going down that way to pick him up.

FFF, As a suggestion why don't you edit the 1st message on this thread once all details are agreed (for now just day and place) so that anyone coming to it for the 1st time can see what is going on. We then just need to keep it at the top.

Question

or maybe if we asked Pprune Despatcher very nicely he could post a banner at the top of the Private Flying page announcing the details. I appreciate that pprune web resources may be stretched so this may not be possible.

I'd be happy to weigh down the right hand seat of someone's aircraft. If yours is still available AB, I'd be happy to oblige, unless of course - there are any better offers.... Trinidad anyone? Arrow?

A registration page could be set up at TheHangar.co.uk here.

I'll try and make it along from White Waltham as well.

WF.
