How many pilots carry VFR charts on an IFR flight?

Yes, will be interesting...
Mind you, this topic has surfaced many times, without any resolution appearing.
IMHO, the scenario where the whole flight remains in CAS ought to be sorted because this catches out pilots without local knowledge no matter how much due diligence has been done (bought the VFR charts and checked the vertical CAS limits and made sure the whole filed route is in CAS).
