Arrow IMC rating question

I passed my IMC practical in March this year, and due to other demands on my time never got round to sitting the written paper.

I'm presuming that the validity of the practical has now lapsed, can anyone confirm/correct this?

If it has lapsed, do I need to do all the hours again?

The good news is that you will only have to do what is needed to get you back to passing the practical test.........as with all skills its "use it or lose it"

good luck.
