Question Flying in Corfu

Anybody know is it possible to hire planes in Corfu?

I,v not seen eny greek light aircraft at corfu but i did see a "G" plate robin DR400 at corfu on monday.
The only island down that way that seems to have a flying club is zakinthos.
A and C is offline

I can confirm the existence of the Flying Club at Zakynthos/Zante. I flew there a couple of year's ago whilst on holiday with the owner/instructor/CFI/Olympic Airlines FO!

Not sure if it's still going though - it was very much a one man band and the owners career seemed to be taking off - if you excuse the pun

The trip round the island takes about an hour and beats a coach trips any day.

There is a GA apron at Corfu Airport. Ive seen a couple of Cessna`s and Piper`s there. Not sure if they are for hire, and looking at the rest of the islands maintenance levels, im not sure if id risk it if they were.


Looks nice from a 767 me thinks.
