What is a nppl / h has the caa started allowing npp/h now
The only instructors restricted to teaching only in a club environment are those holding a UK PPL(A), PPL(H) or NPPL(H). The holder of a JAA PPL(A) may only be remunerated if teaching in a club environment but there is no restriction on where he or she may teach without remuneration
My apologies, a slip of the finger - too many (H)s and (A)s; it should, of course, have read NPPL(A). Even the UK CAA retains sufficient common sense not to introduce a sub-ICAO licence for helicopters - that move requires stupidity on a massive scale!
