I filled an aircraft for an airtest about a year back and was not shocked at the price, I think international flights are duty free, sorry but I cant remember the numbers.
Try calling the airport info number I am sure that they will have the number of the fuel people.

Hi,
Hopefully taking a PA46 there from the Middle East in a few weeks, spoke with the FBOs today and got the following prices.
Medavia want $1.942US per Liter ~ $7.35 per Gal(US)
DC Aviation want $7.00 per Gal (US)
