LARS "Hours as Published"
What does it mean when, in the AIP (ref. http://www.ais.org.uk/uk_aip/pdf/enr/2010603.pdf) it says a LARS units hours as "as published"? Where are these hours published? For instance, I'd like to know when Cottesmore LARS is open.
