Is there a list of what has changed since the previous year's edition?

Not that I know of but you can prospectively for this year sign up (free) to the online CAA/NATS map 'notification of changes' service: Seems to report a list of stuff/corrections/co-ordinates about every three/four weeks (or did last year)

Then next April you can look back and read a list of changes for 2010)
