have currently passed all theoretical exams, RT and skill test. Due to circumstances I have to move to another country before I can complete the 45 hours, while I only need a couple of hours more before being able to ask for the adequate licence to the CAA.

Question: those last hours need to be under supervision of an instructor, but is it correct that any ICAO's member instructor is valid? Or does it specifically has to be a JAA instructor?
