Need help finding imformation about le mans24 hour race,ie can i land at le mans,landing fee, getting there,contact no, any help would be great ,thanks robert

Hope this helps..

...very busy airport during race-weekend. High likelyhood of having to park on the grass (even jets and jetprops). File IFR if you're qualified and let someone else sort your seperation. Within 20 miles of Le Mans... eyes wide open... very congested and some non-radio traffic. File return flight-plan (if they let you) as soon as you arrive. For departure, file VFR (if weather appropriate) and you may escape a long wait. Potentially a great weekend (I did it from late 60s til '95).. not the ideal trip if it's your first flight P1 to France. Enjoy. bm
