Complex Type On Nppl

Hi guys,
just a quickie for all you knowledgable people

a friend of mine is considering coming in as a partner in the arrow but.......we cant find info on the question. I seem to think if the a/c is below 2000kg MAUW at t/o he should be fine
any ideas
