Hi All

I am driving in from Hammersmith and plan on leaving at 9:00am tomorrow.

Happy to give anyone a ride if you can get here or need a pick up en-route.

Please PM me to sort out details.

Cheers.

Just got home after the Swanwick visit. Many many thanks to BRL and the folks at NATS for arranging this. Really good to see at first hand what goes on down there. The NATS guys did a fantasic job showing us around and generally looking after us. Definitely recommend anyone who has the chance to visit - go!

Thank you BRL, an excellent day. Thank you very much to Jonathon Smith and the NATS team who gave us a very educational day.
Also was very interesting to see the 'Aware GPS' device, and it does look very good.

Yes, what an excellent day. Nice to see things from the other side, especially Heathrow Special, and London FIS.

Thanks BRL, and thanks to the guys at NATS (some of whom gave up their day off for us!).

Glad I got a chance to see the "Human" side of things. Will definitely try a practice Pan sometime soon. Very many thanks to BRL all the guys at NATS for a brilliant day.

Not much to add - others have beaten me to it! Thanks to all who made this possible both inside NATS and out; it was a very enjoyable visit and learned a great deal.

Big to Paul for arranging this for us.

Just back in front of a pc. It was a fantastic visit - thanks to BRL for arranging and Jonathan, Dave and Mike at NATS for the professional & in depth tours into the bowels of their "train set". I learned loads, and next time I talk to London Info I will be able to visualise their impressive set up. And while I hope never to have to use 121.5 D&D in anger - it was reassuring to know they are there, and will do a practice-pan soon to make sure they're not watching too much telly!

A Great day out - especially as the wx was pants.

Don't thank me, huge thanks to the guys who sorted us out today. I didn't realise that Mike was there in his own time and back in on an early the following morning so Mike, a huge thanks for that mate, was a pleasure as always meeting you.

Thanks also to Dave and Jonathan for the hospitality and some excellent presentations throughout the day. As pilots we can all talk about infringements till the cows come home but having atco's talk and show you what goes on in front of you really brings it home how serious this issue is. I just wish more people could get to see what we were lucky enough to see during our visit.

Got to see first hand the Aware GPS device. Now that is a pretty handy bit of kit. There are a few out and about in circulation at the moment and for sale too, if you can get to see one they are pretty good. For £150 it is a steal, something I urge you all to look into as I say, it is an impressive bit of
kit indeed.

On a lighter note, as the whole visit was geared towards infringements, I made a little infringement of my own whilst exiting the car park outside the building by turning right. Drove into the one way system there, so had to do a rather embarrassing u-turn!!

I was behind you, and wasn't going to say word your honour!
