In the US yes they are, a few have been used as airshow mounts but not in recent years. Having said that I suspect a C150 Aerobat is about conparable.
I'm pretty sure they are not cleared for aeros in the UK due to the very complicated nature of UK air which makes all things so much harder!

Most light aircraft are capable of aeros. That is not the same as being cleared to do them.
Being cleared means they have demonstrated handling etc and that certain spin recovery criteria is met, together with suitable seats an harnesses etc.
You can loop or roll virtually anything ( a la Bob Hoover ) but its what happens when it goes pear shaped that defines approved.
When I emailed wag aero some time back they said the design is non aerobatic. ( possibly because they don'y want to be liable for some one pulling the wings off one ). The name is a bit misleading.
