Is it possible to self study ppl in Australia

Hi I intend to take up a ppl lesson in AFTC this Jan. May I ask if it is possible to self study for the course?

I am frond a mechanical engineering background and I work as an aerospace engineer. I am more concerned with the Navigation and other non engineering syllabus.

Good news is I have a friend there who is almost finishing his CPL training. He felt that it is not a must to attend the theory courses.

Thank you for sharing.

Absolutely - get the books, read them, sit exams. Simple enough..
