Non-equity group
I'm in the very early days of looking at setting up a non-equity group (or something very similar) and just wondered if anyone on here had any advice or experiences they'd be able to share which might help.
It is reasonably safe to assume that I know nothing and that you are not teaching me to suck eggs.
It's an idea that came to me and a mate last night and we know sod all about the legalities, ways and means, etc and we're just starting to read up and look around so any help would be useful.
